DELIVERY AND SHIPMENT
All our items are shipped from Millefiori Interior in Copenhagen, Denmark within 3-5 business days. For large quantity orders or very complex packaging please allow for +2 business days. During public holidays, the time of delivery must be expected to be longer.

Shipping costs are calculated at check-out and are determined by the weight of the item(s). You will receive a tracking number upon shipment, which allows you to track the shipment at all times.

SHIPPING LEAD TIMES
When the item is dispatched from our warehouse, the typical delivery time is:

Denmark: 1-3 business days (GLS)

Europe (Inside EU): 1-4 business days (GLS)

Europe (Outside EU)
PostNord: 4-7 business days excl. customs clearance.
UPS: 2-3 business days excl. customs clearance.

Outside EU 
PostNord: 6-10 business days excl. customs clearance 
UPS: 3-5 business days excl. customs clearance 

Please be aware that there may be delays due to customs handling.


PROBLEMS WITH CHECKOUT?
If you are experiencing any problems with check-out, or are unable to complete an order, please contact us directly.

For instance, if your order quantity is exceeds the standard shipping calculations, your order cannot be completed. In that case, please send us an email and we will send you an invoice.

CUSTOMS/DUTIES
Please note that orders shipped from Denmark to destinations outside the EU may be subject to import duties charged by the recipient country. 
The courier will typically contact you in case of any extra charges or customs clearance, which may cause delay in the delivery. 

It is the customer’s own responsibility to pay any applicable charges on delivery or return. If you decide to refuse receiving your shipment, you are responsible for the initial shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that may have incurred (on both the initial and return shipments). This amount will be subtracted from you refund. 

Unfortunately, we have no control over customs and import duties, and can not disclose how much these duties will amount to before your order is delivered. Customs rules vary from country to country. For further information, we recommend that you contact your local VAT and customs office.
