ONLINE ORDERS

You can place online orders 24 hours a day.

When placing an order an immediate receipt will be sent by email stating the order summary.
Please note that this receipt is not a valid order confirmation and that the order is not binding at that time.

Afterwards you will receive a final order confirmation. In case of errors or omissions related to the order Millefioriinterior.com reserves the right to cancel the order up to the point of delivery.

We offer worldwide shipping, but do not take any responsibility for rewiring or local adaptations. 


PAYMENT

Millefioriinterior.com accepts Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay and Mobilepay Online.

Millefioriinterior.com uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.

As payment providers we are using Shopify Payments and Pensopay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the order has been confirmed and processed.

Prices on our website can be shown in the following currencies
Danish Kroner (DKK), Euro (EUR), American Dollars (USD), British Pound Sterling (GBP),
Canadian Dollars (CAD) or Australian Dollars (AUD).

*All prices are listed without shipping and fees such as customs/duties.

On our DK/EU website, all prices include Danish VAT.
For orders to be delivered outside the EU, the Danish VAT will automatically be deducted from the prices on our website. Please note that local VAT and import duties are added to your order upon delivery.

If you are shopping as a VAT-registered company in the EU, please contact us directly to receive a quote without Danish VAT.

Please note that all vintage objects are sold under the margin scheme for second-hand goods, and therefore VAT cannot be deducted. 

It is also possible to receive an invoice and pay by bank transfer directly to Millefiori Interior.

VISITS/PURCHASE IN STORE

You are very welcome to visit our store in Copenhagen and explore our selections of goods. Please note that we only accept Mobilepay, instant bank transfers and cash payments in our physical store.

Any items purchased and collected by you in person from our store in Copenhagen are non returnable. 


DELIVERY AND SHIPMENT

All our items are shipped from Millefiori Interior in Copenhagen, Denmark within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order. For large quantity orders or very complex packaging please allow for +2 business days.

When the item is dispatched from our warehouse, the typical delivery time is:

Denmark: 1-3 business days

Europe: 2-6 business days

UK and US: 3-10 business days

Other destinations: 6-10 business days
*Please be aware that there may be delays due to customs handling.

Shipping rates vary by destination and packaging size/weight and will be calculated at checkout. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment, which allows you to track the shipment at all times.

*For furniture and larger items marked as pick-up only in our Copenhagen store, it is possible to arrange shipping yourself. Please contact us to arrange shipping.


CUSTOMS/DUTIES
 

Please note that orders shipped from Denmark to destinations outside the EU may be subject to import duties charged by the recipient country. 
The courier will typically contact you in case of any extra charges or customs clearance, which may cause delay in the delivery. 

It is the customer’s own responsibility to pay any applicable charges on delivery or return.
If you decide to refuse receiving your shipment, you are responsible for the initial shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that may have incurred (on both the initial and return shipments). 
This amount will be subtracted from your refund. 

Unfortunately, we have no control over customs and import duties, and can not disclose how much these duties will amount to before your order is delivered. Customs rules vary from country to country. For further information, we recommend that you contact your local VAT and customs office.


RETURNS

You have the right to regret your purchase within 14 days, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Any return costs you incur yourself.
Millefiori Interior will refund the full amount of the returned items(s) (minus initial shipping costs).
You are responsible for all other expenses, including the return costs and customs on delivery or return, if applicable. 

The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery, and must be delivered to us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.

If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you must send us an e-mail on contact@millefioriinterior.com.

In your message, clearly state, that you want to use your right of withdrawal.

Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.
Any differences in the amount refunded can be due to exchange rate fluctuations and/or bank fees, which will not be reimbursed.


Condition of the item you have returned

To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in their original packaging in the same state they were received in. 

We kindly ask you to make sure the goods are safely wrapped and insured.

If the item is returned damaged or modified it is considered of decreased value.
This means, that when the purchase is canceled, you will receive a partial or no refund of the purchase amount. It is up to Millefiori Interior to evaluate the condition of the item.

Once a return has been accepted, all successfully returned items will be credited to the credit card used to originally purchase the item(s). The initial shipping charges will not be refunded. 

You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated. 
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the return to appear on your account. 


CLAIMS/DAMAGED ITEMS

Online orders will be insured during shipping and must always be immediately inspected by the customer upon receipt.

Any damages must be communicated to us in no later than the two first days of receipt in order for the insurance to be valid.

If an item you have received is damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@millefioriinterior.com

To be eligible for a compensation/refund, you are required to keep all supporting documentation, such as the damaged package and item(s) until further notice.


DISCLAIMER

We reserve the right to reject your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, if we identify a product or pricing error, or if we cannot obtain authorization for your payment. 

We disclaim liability for typing errors, incorrect price and price adjustments, technical errors and unavailable products.


RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

When you act as a consumer, you have the right to complain for 24 months.

Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to Millefiori Interior in a reasonable time after you have discovered the error.

If your complaint is justified, it means that Millefiori Interior is obliged to repair or replace it with a similar item, reimburse the cost or a reduction in the price.

This depends on the specific situation, if there are errors or defects that have occurred no later than 24 months after your purchase. However, you cannot advertise an item that has not been used or installed correctly.
